Returns

Because BMT Publishing LLC doesn't process payments or shipping directly, returns and refunds are handled by our partners.

Print Books (Purchased on Amazon)

All print and paperback orders are sold and fulfilled directly by Amazon, so returns and refunds for physical books follow Amazon's own return policy. To start a return, go to Your Orders in your Amazon account and select the book you'd like to return — Amazon handles the process, refund, and any return shipping from there. BMT Publishing LLC does not have the ability to issue refunds for Amazon purchases.

Ebooks (Purchased on Payhip)

Ebooks and digital downloads are sold through Payhip. Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be "returned" the way a physical item can, refund requests for ebooks are reviewed case by case. If a file is corrupted, won't open, or you were charged in error, contact us directly and we will work with Payhip to make it right.

To request an ebook refund or report a download problem, email buelaspen@gmail.com with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. Because BMT Publishing LLC is a small, one-person operation, Devona reviews every request personally.

Still Becoming Companion Journal (Interactive & Printable PDF)

These are digital files delivered through Payhip and fall under the same ebook policy above. The physical, printed edition of the journal is sold and shipped through Amazon and falls under Amazon's return policy.
