Devona Thomas is an author, publisher, and community advocate dedicated to preserving stories that inspire, educate, and leave a lasting legacy.
As the founder of BMT Publishing, Devona created a platform to publish meaningful stories that might otherwise go untold. While developing her own growing catalog of books, she has also had the opportunity to assist others in bringing their stories to life through guidance, organization, and publishing support.
Her work spans memoirs, community history projects, inspirational stories, children's books, and faith-inspired works that celebrate resilience, purpose, and the power of personal experiences.
Beyond publishing, Devona is pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and serves her community through The BMT Center, an organization dedicated to supporting youth, families, veterans, and underserved populations.
A proud member of the United States Navy Reserve with over two decades of service, Devona believes that every person has a story worth telling and that preserving those stories creates a legacy that can impact generations.
