How and when your order arrives, by format.
Every ebook on bmt-publishing.com is sold and delivered through Payhip. There is nothing to ship — as soon as your payment is confirmed, Payhip emails you a download link and the file is available immediately in your Payhip account.
All paperback and print editions — including Frosted Love, Still Becoming, A Match in More Ways Than One, Champ CJ, Dr. Ste'Von Voice, Work Like A Walk-On, and the Kai & JuJu series — are printed and shipped directly by Amazon through their print-on-demand service. BMT Publishing LLC does not hold inventory or ship books ourselves.
When you click "Buy Print" or "Buy on Amazon," you'll complete your purchase on Amazon.com. From that point forward, shipping speed, tracking, delivery estimates, and costs are entirely determined by Amazon and the shipping option you select at checkout.

For a missing ebook download, check your email (including spam) for the Payhip receipt, or log in at payhip.com to re-download your purchase.
