Where do I actually buy a book?

It depends on the format. Ebooks and digital downloads are sold through Payhip — click any "Buy Ebook" button and you'll check out on Payhip's secure site. Paperback and print books are sold through Amazon — click "Buy Print" or "Buy on Amazon" and you'll complete your order there.

What's the difference between the ebook and the print edition?

Same book, different format. The ebook is a digital file delivered instantly after purchase. The print edition is a physical paperback shipped to you by Amazon. Some titles, like Rolling With The Punches, are currently ebook-only.

Do I need a Kindle to read the ebooks?

No. Our ebooks sold through Payhip are downloadable files (such as PDF or EPUB) that you can read on a phone, tablet, computer, or e-reader — you don't need a Kindle. If a title is also listed on Amazon as a Kindle edition, that version is sold and delivered by Amazon separately.

What's the difference between the Interactive Digital Journal and the Printable PDF?

The Interactive Digital Journal is built for use on a tablet (like an iPad with GoodNotes or a similar app) with clickable navigation and fillable text fields — you write directly on your device. The Printable PDF is a clean, print-ready file meant to be printed at home or at a local print shop and filled out by hand.

Can I get the journal as a physical, pre-printed book instead?

Yes — the Still Becoming Companion Journal is also available as a printed paperback, shipped by Amazon. Visit the Still Becoming page to see all available formats and prices.

I didn't receive my ebook download. What do I do?

Check your email (including spam/promotions) for a receipt from Payhip — it includes your download link. You can also log in directly at payhip.com to access your purchases. If you still can't find it, email buelaspen@gmail.com and we'll help.

Where's my print book / how do I track my order?

Since print books are sold and shipped by Amazon, tracking and delivery information live in your Amazon account under Your Orders. See our Shipping Info page for more detail.

Can I return or get a refund on a book?

Returns are handled by whichever platform you purchased from — Amazon for print books, Payhip (case by case) for ebooks. Full details are on our Returns page.
